Nexus Pickup App has been in our development pipeline since 2018.  First developed as a web App, Nexus Pickup App is to be used in your Warehouse/Store counter, for you to handle account customers or couriers picking up goods and collect digital signatures.  Below is a typical scenario.

  • A customer comes in to pick up some goods they ordered. The customer provides either their PO number, a Sales Order No, Invoice No, or just the customer name or code
  • Your counter staff starts up the App and login (can do that at the start of the day)
  • Either a list of Sales Orders, Pick Slips or Invoices with the most recent on top are turned for the staff to select or a specific Order/Pick Slip/Invoice is loaded
  • Detailed lines of the order will be listed with a tick box next to it and a select all box on top pre-ticked
  • The customer can then check the lines he/she can pick up . A quantity box is provided so if multiples have been ordered, but only some are available for pick up, a number can be put in that Qty box
  • The customer will be required to type in his/her name, and select his/her role in relation to this pick up (Customer, Customer’s customer, Courier etc.) and sign in the signature box
  • The signed document with information on lines and Qty picked up will be pushed to Nexus Document Center, stored as the supporting document to the original Pickslip document or invoice (The original document needs to be in FastReport format)
  • The counter Staff can choose to print the signed pick slip/Invoice from the App directly and hand it to the customer
  • An SSRS report can be provided to list all the outstanding orders/pickslips that’re pending for pickup and over a cer-tain time frame so staff can follow up on them easily
