Nexus 9 has been out for more than a year now, while we are still going through the upgrade process with many of our clients, on the development front, we are planning ahead for our next exciting release. Nexus 10 will again be packed with new features and enhancements. Some of the improvements we expect are:
- on-demand Statement run – yes, you will be able to run/reproduce past statements freely even if you have not archived the statements in your Document Centre
- anytime EOP – Nexus 9 brought streamlined and scheduled EOD/EOP, with Nexus 10 we are introducing permanent calendars and the ability to enter transactions into Nexus irrespective of whether EOP has been run or not, which means, you will be able to perform your EOD/EOP at any time even when users are still actively using the system
- Email any document to any number of your Supplier/Debtors’ contacts – building on the Contact Management system we introduced in Nexus 9, we are expanding the functionalities and giving you the ability to email any document produced by Nexus ERP such as invoices, purchase orders, statements etc to any email addresses for the selected contacts for a Supplier or Debtor
- More powerful Nexus Control Centre – whilst you can always create tabs, speed buttons, with Nexus 10, you will have a set of tools to group and control multiple buttons and labels for positioning, alignment and property setting.
- Perceived (Relative) Luminance applied to coloured grid – product colouring was introduced in Nexus 9, in Nexus 10, not only will we expand the colour selection for your product brand, status, group or class, we will also apply the advanced Perceived (Relative) Luminance technology to the colour display, so that the font colour will dynamically change depending on the background colour you choose for legibility.
